Well, here's episode one. May fiddle with the name a bit as 2 minutes isn't enough time to get a full tip out to someone. You can find the program Pic2Icon at http://osxiconeditor.phatcode.net/Pic2Icon.html. It's a free download that let's you change a image into an Icon for use on your Mac.
